Mike Hogue, originally from the Midwest, is the owner of Badger Creek Fly Tying, based outside of Ithaca, NY. Badger Creek is a full-service fly shop that sells flies, fly fishing tackle, fly tying materials, accessories and has been in the fly fishing business for over 25 years. Ithaca, New York is an area famed for its Gorges, Wine and Craft Beer Trails and is the home to Cornell University and Ithaca College. Ithaca was selected as one of the top outdoors communities by Outside Magazine and has won many awards for its unique character and local charm.
