Description
Similar to how "The Little Red Book of Fly Fishing" approached fly fishing. Knot aficionados will find this book adds character and class to their collection that is missing across other knot tying titles, while friends and family will be able to pick this book up as a gifty addition to a knotter's library. The book will assume a beginner to intermediate level of readership, but will not shy away from difficult or involved knots.
It will present knots broken down by typical application (general, sailing, climbing, hitching, decorative, etc.) along with an introductory text chapter on knot history and usage. Each chapter will end with a brief summation and possible quiz to test retention.
