John Perry is a Montana Flyfishing outfitter, Lodge owner, and avid outdoorsman. He started guiding on Montana's rivers in the early 1980's. John Perry has also created several nationally known fly patterns such as; The Bugmeister, The Nightmare, The Transformer and The Congo Caddis.
Since the early 1980's he has been a regular on The Montana Outdoor Radio Program sharing hunting and fishing information, flyfishing techniques, and humorous outdoor stories.

John Perry taught fly casting and fly tying classes for over 20 years at the Adult Education Center in Missoula, Montana.
John is an Eagle Scout and an NRA distinguished expert in small bore competition. He regularly donates to Trout Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, and Ducks Unlimited. In 2000 he opened the Clark Fork River Lodge in Western Montana-which specializes in catering to fishing parties. He lives in Western Montana and is currently working on a web-site for his fly fishing guide school.
