ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Glenn Tinnin first went fly fishing in Colorado in 1977. He then made it his life’s work. As owner of Compleat Flyfishing in Scottsdale, he explored Arizona for over 25 years. Glenn has guided fly fishers at Lees Ferry, founding Lees Ferry Fishing Expeditions in 1982. He has appeared on ESPN Outdoor Adventure Magazine and has guided such fly fishing notables as Joan and Lee Wulff, Maggy Merriman, Chuck Rizzuto, Press Powell and Dave Hughes. He is also the only Arizonan to have competed in the Jackson Hole One Fly invitational fly fishing tournament. He has published numerous articles in local fishing magazines.
Glenn spends 75 to 100 days a year fly fishing as well as instructing at fly fishing schools, speaking at clubs, schools, and functions. He is also an avid saltwater fly fisher and has caught 34 species of ocean fish on a fly rod.
