ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Harry Middleton
earned his MA in history from Louisiana State University. He was a senior editor for Southern Living & wrote countless articles for periodicals such as the New York Times, Sports Illustrated, Smithsonian, Field & Stream, Gray's Sporting Journal, & more. He authored five books about fly fishing. He died in 1993.
