You could always tie flies and rent A River Runs Through It for the umpteenth time, but this book offers a more satisfying escape. Pack up the camper and head for Arizona, where you'll find mild temperatures and cloudless skies. More to the point, you'll discover brilliant and uncrowded trout fishing in a variety of rivers and streams, from bottom-release tailwater fisheries to fertile high-desert creeks, from the Colorado River to the Valley of the Sun.

This guide includes:

* When and where to go and how to get there

* What flies to expect on the water, and how best to imitate them

* Detailed text and comprehensive maps

* Local fly patterns and hatch charts
